If you are contractor looking to track all of the communications you have made on a project, especially for tracking activity with certain type of subcontractors (MBE, WBE, etc.), then we suggest using the "Good Faith Report".
What is the “Good Faith Report”?
The "Good Faith Report" is a pre-formatted report you can download directly to Excel. It provides a record of all the outreach your company has performed on this project - this includes if a contact was sent a bid invite, a message, or if an internal note was left regarding their company.
The “Good Faith Report” is can be useful to track outreach to companies with certain certifications because there are columns in the report that show a company's "Enterprise Type" and also any tags that you have placed on the subcontractor.
To download the “Good Faith Report”
From your project, click the “Reports” tab.
