As a general contractor, submitted qualification applications will appear in the “Application Submitted” column on the Qualification Manager page.
To view submitted applications, click on the company name then select the “Submitted Form” tab.
How to assign coworkers as reviewers
To assign coworkers as reviewers on submitted qualification applications, click on the circular icon or the company name from the Qualification Manager page, then navigate to the “Reviewers” tab.
Coworkers can be added as reviewers in the main text box under the blue banner or in the “Reviewers” section on the right-hand side of the window. Begin typing a coworker’s name then press “enter” on your keyboard or click on their name to add them as a reviewer. There is no limit to how many reviewers you can add.
Please note that reviewers do not receive notification emails when they are added to qualifications. Reviewers have the ability to select the “Only show my applications” box on the Qualification Manager Page. This will show only qualifications they have been added as a reviewer on.
How to utilize internal notes and files
Reviewers are able to add notes at any time in the “Notes” section on the right hand side of the “Reviewers” tab. To do so, click on the text box reading “Add a note” then type the note and click the orange “Add Note” button.
Notes are private to your company and appear in the “Notes” section on the right-hand side of the window, which is visible from each of the four tabs (“Status”, “Submitted Form”, “Reviewers”, and “History”). The “History” tab will also show a more detailed view.
You can upload files by clicking the “upload files” or “upload more” button in the “Files” section on the right-hand side of the qualification window. Please note that this section is only visible to internal employees, and can be seen from each tab (“Status”, “Submitted Form”, “Reviewers”, and “History”).
How to complete the review process
Before qualifying or denying qualifications, you must mark that you have reviewed the qualification application. To do so, click the “Mark Review Complete” button next to your name on the “Status” tab.
If you have “Limited” or “Admin” permissions, you can skip the review process by clicking “Mark Review Complete” next to each reviewer or by clicking “Continue without reviews” at the bottom of the “Review Application” section.
If you do not have “Limited” or “Admin” access, all reviewers will need to mark their review as complete before you can proceed to qualifying or denying qualification applications.
Once all reviews have been completed, the blue banner at the top of the window will turn to green. This signifies you are ready to qualify or deny the qualification application.
