As a general contractor, you can qualify and deny qualification applications once the review process is complete. For detailed instructions on how to review qualification applications, please reference the article “How to review qualification applications (BC Pro)”.
When you are ready to qualify or deny a qualification application, click the “I’m Ready to Qualify/Deny” button on the green banner at the top of the window.
Clicking “I’m Ready to Qualify/Deny” will bring you to the “Status” tab where you can select one of 3 options:
- Qualified
- Qualified with exceptions
- Qualifications denied
Once the status is selected and the total limit, single project limit, expiration date, summary, and company tags have been added, click the orange “Save” button in the top right corner.
If a company is qualified or qualified with exceptions, the qualification will appear under the “Qualified” column on the Qualification Manager page.
If an application is denied, it will appear in the “Qualification denied” column.
Companies who have been qualified, qualified with exceptions, or denied will not receive a notification.
