The ability to add notes to proposals from within the Bid Leveling tab is helpful when you have added plugs (or adjustments) to a submitted bid. Use notes to explain why an adjustment was made so that, if necessary, you and the project team can reference this information at a later time.
Notes are only visible to you and the project team. Notes are not visible to the subcontractor who submitted the bid. Additionally, you have the option to include notes when exporting information from the Bid Leveling tab.
