As a subcontractor, if you have already set the status of your bid (undecided, accepted, declined, submitted, won, or lost) you can change your status at any time.
To do so, navigate to your Bid Board and locate your bid.
Click the drop-down arrow to the right of your bid.
Click “Change Status.”
Click the drop-down arrow to the right of your current status.
Select your new status from the list of choices.
Please note that bids that have not been submitted through BuildingConnected can only be changed to “Undecided,” “Accepted,” or “Declined.” The remaining statuses (Submitted,” “Won,” “Lost,” “Other-Canceled,” “Other - Project was re-bid,” “Other - Client was not awarded,” and “Other - See notes”) will be greyed out.
If you wish to remove a bid from your Bid Board, please reference the article, “How subcontractors can archive and unarchive bids.”
Once your status has been selected, click “Save.”
