As a general contractor, you can duplicate projects at any time whether bid due dates have passed or a project is closed. You can use an existing project to create a new project, a bidder list template, or a bid form template.
To create a new project, bidder list template or bid form template from an existing project
Navigating to your “Projects” page from the menu on the left-hand side.
Locate the project you would like to duplicate then click the drop-down arrow to the right of the project.
Click “Duplicate.”
You can duplicate this project into a new project, a new bidder list template, or new bid form template. This provides you with multiple options whether you want to duplicate this project because you have a similar one coming up or you want duplicate the project to create a bidder list template to save the list of companies you invited.
To select from these options, click into the desired one.
Depending on your selection, you can choose which information you would like to copy into the duplicate project such as project information, files, team, or certain bid package or bidders.
When ready, click “Create New Project" or "Create New Template".
The duplicated project will appear in your projects, bidder list templates, or bid form templates as selected.
