Keeping your personal profile up to date is important to ensure general contractors know who they are sending bid invitations to, and also so subcontractors have a way to contact the general contractors who invited them.
To update your personal profile, begin by clicking on your initials or photo icon located in the left-hand menu.
Click “Edit Profile.”
Here, you can make any changes to your name, job title, phone number, and profile photo. Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click “Save.”
Tip: If you do not add a profile photo, in various locations throughout the platform including when you are assigned a Bid Board project or are a lead on a project, you will appear as a randomly colored icon with your initials.
We suggest uploading a photo of yourself or to set the color, upload a photo of your initials with the desired color background into your profile.
