As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you can delete any custom reports you have added to your “Reports” page. Please note that only custom reports can be deleted. Template reports such as “All Opportunities”, “Archived,”, “Assigned to Me”, “Awaiting Response” and “Due in Two Weeks,” cannot be removed from your “Reports” page.
To delete custom reports
Begin by navigating to your Bid Board from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click the “Reports” tab.
Select the custom report you would like to delete.
There are two ways to delete a custom report:
- Click on the trash symbol next to the title of the report under “My Reports”.
- Click on the arrow next to “Share” to open a drop-down menu.
Please note that once custom reports are deleted there is no way to recover them. However, you can always re-create the same report by creating a new custom report.
