BuildingConnected users are not able to remove offices from their company profiles. This restriction is in place to ensure that any work assigned to that office is not lost.
If you’d like to delete an office, BuildingConnected Support is happy to assist with your request. Please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify:
- The name of the office you’d like to have removed.
- The name of the office to which employees from the deleted office should be transferred.
