As a general contractor, you can create bidder list templates to easily import bidders into new projects. These templates can be updated at any point to ensure that your contacts are up to date.
This article explains how to delete bidder list templates from your account. The ability to delete bidder list templates helps to keep your bidder lists organized so that you can easily import the appropriate bidder list into a project.
To delete a bid package from within a bidder list template
Click on the “Projects” tab from the menu on the left.
Click on the “Bidder List Templates” tab. Find the template containing the bid package you wish to delete. Click on it.
Find the bid package within the template that you wish to delete. Click on the drop-down menu on the right.
From the list of option, click on “Delete.”
You will see a notification asking you to confirm if you want to delete. Please note that once deleted, a bid package template cannot be restored.
If you want to keep the bid package, click on “Cancel.” Otherwise click on “Delete.”
The bid package will be automatically removed from your bidder list template.
To delete an entire bidder list template
Click on the “Projects” tab from the menu on the left.
Click on the “Bidder List Templates” tab. Find the template you wish to delete and click on it.
Click on the drop down menu on the top right side of the screen. From the list of options, click on “Delete Template.”
You will see a notification asking you to confirm that you want to delete the template. Please note that once a bidder list template is deleted, it cannot be restored.
If you’d like to keep the template, click on “Cancel.” Otherwise, click on “Delete Template.”
The template will be immediately removed from your list of bidder list templates.
