In order to minimize subcontractor confusion, general contractors who use BuildingConnected’s qualification manager (BC Pro) are not able to delete qualifications from their Qualification Manager dashboard. However, BuildingConnected Support is equipped to assist with this request.
To delete a qualification, please contact BuildingConnected Support and provide:
- A brief explanation of why you’d like the qualification deleted so that we can provide alternatives, if available.
- The name of the company whose qualification you’d like to delete or the email address of the user you invited to qualify.
- A brief statement acknowledging that once the qualification is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Please note that deleting a qualification questionnaire does not delete qualification-related email notifications from a subcontractor’s inbox (i.e. reminders to qualify, renewal alerts, requests to revise the qualification questionnaire, etc.). The link to the qualification questionnaire is broken and the subcontractor encounters an error saying that the qualification is not available.
