If you are a subcontractor who would like to make edits to a qualification under the "Submitted" column, the general contractor must first invite you to submit a revision. This will re-open the application on your end so you can make edits as needed then re-submit your application.
To request a revision on "Other Invites"
To request a revision, please contact the general contractor directly and request that they invite you to submit a revision. The article, “How to invite a company to revise their qualification application (BC Pro)” walks through the steps they can take on their end.
Once they invite you to revise your qualification application, the application will appear in your “Needs Revision” column on your Qualifications page.
All information you had previously entered on your submitted qualification questionnaire will be automatically populated in the application. Once you have edited the necessary information, click “Submit” at the bottom of the qualification questionnaire.
Clicking “Submit” will send an email notification to the general contractor letting them know you have re-submitted your application. Additionally, the application will move from your “Application in Progress” column to your “Submitted” column.
