As a general contractor with BC Pro, you can export your “Contacts” page to Excel.
If your “Export” button is not responding or you experience other difficulties exporting reports to Excel, there are a few troubleshooting steps we recommend:
- Try exporting from the latest version of Google Chrome, as this browser version is optimized for newer softwares such as BuildingConnected. If you are already using Google Chrome, try exporting from a different browser to rule out any errors with Google Chrome.
- Try exporting using an Incognito window on Google Chrome. To open an incognito window, press Shift + Command + N on your keyboard, or click “File” then “New Incognito Window.”
- Clear your cache then try exporting again. Sometimes large downloads can be slowed down by large browsing histories.
- Check to make sure no plugins or extensions are running in the background that could interfere with exporting reports from BuildingConnected.
