On your BuildingConnected account, you have a primary email address and the option to have an alternate and personal email address as well. Alternate and personal email addresses are secondary emails on your account which you can also use to log in. Within the BuildingConnected network, your alternate and personal email addresses are never publicly displayed.
If a contact sends a message or invitation through BuildingConnected to your alternate or personal email address, it will be automatically forwarded to your primary email address so all email notifications are delivered to one inbox.
If you would like to change your alternate or personal email to be your primary email address, please reference the article, “How to update the primary email address on your account.” Please note that there is no limit to how many alternate emails you can add to your account.
