As a general contractor using Qualifications, you can edit a qualification status after it has already been set. This is helpful if a subcontractor submits a revision that changes your company’s decision on whether or not to qualify them.
To edit a qualification status in Qualification Manager
Begin by navigating to your Qualifications page from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click on the company you would like to change the qualification status for.
On the “Status” tab, click “Edit.”
Click on the drop-down next to “Status” to change the qualification status. Enter other information as needed such as total limit, single project limit, expiration date, summary, company tags, and attachments.
Once you are done editing the qualification status, click “Save.”
Saving the qualification status will update on your Qualifications page. In the example above, the qualification status was changed from “Qualified” to “Qualification denied.”
Please note that editing qualification statuses will not notify subcontracting companies of any changes made. Reviewers within your company will not receive a notification of edited statuses either, but the new status will show on their Qualification Manager dashboard. If you would like to let companies know their status has changed, we recommend reaching out to them directly.
