BuildingConnected offers general contractors the ability to create bidder list templates that can be imported into projects. Bidder list templates save general contractors time when inviting bidders to projects since these lists can be used in place of the search tool.
This article explains how to edit the details of your bidder list templates so that each template is up to date and ready to use in your projects.

To edit the details of a bidder list template
Navigate to the “Bidder List Templates” tab.
Click on the bidder list whose details you wish to update.
Click on the “Information” tab.
Next, click on “Edit Information.”
You will be able to edit the number, name, description and location fields for your template. Once you have updated the appropriate details click on “Save Information.”
You will immediately see the changes in the “Information” tab.
