What is a webinar?
A webinar is a live, online, training with one of BuildingConnected's specialists. Webinars are great ways for you to see new and existing areas of our product, get training on all our features, ask questions and learn how to maximize value out of BuildingConnected. BuildingConnected regularly hosts webinars as a way to engage with our users and to highlight different parts of our product.
How do I join a webinar?
When a webinar is scheduled, we notify our users by sending an email invitation to the event. The invitation lists the time and the date. The email will also contain a registration link that you can click on, to secure your spot. Typically, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the session at the time of registration, 24 hours prior, and 1 hour prior to the webinar.
What if I can’t make the scheduled time?
If you are interested in attending a webinar but can’t make the scheduled time or date, we still advise that you register for the webinar by clicking the link in the email to book your spot. We will send everyone who registered a recording of the session. This means you'll be able to watch in your own time even if you couldn't attend.
