Why am I being asked to verify my identity to publish projects? (Subcontractors)

As a subcontractor with Bid Board or Bid Board Pro, your subscription does not contain access to publish projects. For this reason, when you create a new project on your “Projects” page you will not be able to add bid packages, add bidders, or publish your project, and you will see a message stating “Our team needs to verify your identity” before you can perform these actions.







If you would like the ability to publish projects, add bid packages, and invite bidders, please reach out to your Account Executive or contact us at [e-mail]. We’d be happy to help your company get set up with the proper access to publish projects on BuildingConnected.
