BuildingConnected offers general contractors the ability to customize bid forms which can be imported into projects. These customized bid forms save time because they are saved to your account as templates which can be imported into projects.
This article explains how to edit the details of your bid form template so that each template is up to date and ready to use in your projects. For information on how to create bid form templates please reference the article, How general contractors can create bid form templates.
To edit the details of a bidder list template
Navigate to the “Bid Form Templates” tab.
Click on the bid form whose details you wish you update.
Click on the “Information” tab.
Next, click on “Edit Information.”
You will be able to edit the number, name and description for your bid form template. Once you have updated the appropriate details click on “Save Information.”
You will immediately see the changes in the “Information” tab.
