OSHA 300, also known as form 300, is the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses. This log is used to both classify and document the severity of a work-related incident. The log must provide details on what happened and how it happened. Employers are responsible for keeping logs for each establishment or site.
For the purposes of this application, TradeTapp is looking for the section pertaining to the OSHA calculation results recorded on the OSHA 300A form. This section is used to calculate a company’s recordable incident rates, lost time rates, and days away rates. Please refer to below screenshot of highlighted information on the OSHA 300A form:
