When creating an account on TradeTapp, we require your company’s Tax ID number as a security precaution to prevent duplicate companies and ensure only those from within your company can join your account.
If you receive a message stating “Sorry, someone with this Tax ID has already created an account, please log in to continue,” it is likely that a coworker has already set up your company’s account on TradeTapp.
Please reach out to your coworkers to inquire about who may have created an account. Anyone from within your company who has an active account can invite you to join your company’s TradeTapp account by following the instructions in the article, “How vendors can add coworkers to their company’s TradeTapp account (Vendors).”
If you are unsure of who from your company may have set up an account, please reach out to email@example.com so we can look up your company’s primary user, and include:
- The name of your company
- Your company’s Tax ID number
