As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can assign reviewers and perform a company review once vendors have submitted their questionnaire. Submitted questionnaires will show the status “Submitted” on the “Invitations” dashboard.
To assign reviewers on a TradeTapp application
Begin by clicking on the company you would like to assign reviewers to.
In the “Company Review” section on the “Summary” tab, click the “+” button next to “Reviewers.”
Click the drop-down arrow.
Select the individuals you would like to assign as reviewers.
Once a coworker is assigned as a reviewer, they will receive an email notification so they can perform their company review.
To perform a company review on a TradeTapp application
Once you have looked over a company’s submitted questionnaire, you can perform your company review by clicking “Mark Your Review Complete.”
Once your review has been marked complete, the “Company Review” section will read “Completed” and will show a green check mark next to your initials.
The activity thread on the right-hand side will also show the date you completed your review and will be visible to all coworkers within your company.
You can also add comments to the activity thread to communicate with your coworkers about your review by clicking in the “Write a comment field.”
Type your comment then click the blue “Send” button. Please note that coworkers will not receive an email when comments are made.
Your comment will appear as the most recent activity and will be visible to all coworkers.
Please note that comments cannot be edited or deleted.
Once all reviewers have marked their review as complete, your team can set the qualification status. Please note that those with “Reviewer” and “Accepter” permissions can set qualification statuses at any time and do not need to wait for reviews to be marked as complete.
