BuildingConnected’s Bid Board is a tool designed to streamline the bidding process for subcontractors. Bid Board is a powerful and easy to use tool that gives subcontractors unique insights so that they can increase their chances of winning jobs.
While Bid Board can be used to manage bids, it is not possible to search for projects to bid on. BuildingConnected is invitation based, which means that you have to be directly invited to bid by the general contractor in order to access project details.
If you are not receiving invitations to bid after creating your account with BuildingConnected, please ensure that:
- Your company profile is completely filled out and up to date. Click here for instructions on how to update your company profile in BuildingConnected.
- You have scopes listed under “Work Performed” in your individual profile. Click here for instructions on how to update the scope of work performed by your company.
- You have selected the service area for your office. Click here for instructions on how to update your service area.
