As a vendor, all TradeTapp invites you receive from general contractors will appear in the Qualifications Section in your BuildingConnected Account. You can navigate to this section using the black tab on the left. In the "Qualifications" section, go to the “TradeTapp Invites” tab and you will see your invites in "Awaiting Submission".
To submit a qualification questionnaire
Click “Open” to the right of the qualification invitation you received.
Each section within the questionnaire will appear on the left-hand menu. If you have submitted a questionnaire before, TradeTapp will remember previously entered information. Sections with a green check mark next to them are complete, and sections containing the total amount of questions and the number of remaining questions still need to be completed.
Please note that while filling out your questionnaire, answered questions will automatically save.
Click “Continue” to cycle through all questions in each section.
If you are unsure what a question means or how to answer it, there are “Question Tips” which are located below the menu on the left-hand side of your questionnaire. Because questionnaires are set by the general contractor, if you have further questions about your questionnaire, we recommend reaching out to the general contractor directly so they can provide more insight.
When you are ready to review your questionnaire, click the “Review” section. Any unanswered questions will appear at the top of the screen in the “Incomplete” section. Click “Complete Required” to the right of unanswered questions to answer them.
When all questions are complete, you will see no more "Incomplete (Required)" questions. You can also download and print your application for your records by clicking “Print Summary” on the left-hand side.
When you are ready to submit your application, click “Submit.” Submitting your questionnaire will send an email notification to the general contractor so they can begin reviewing your application.
When your application has been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation and can click “Return to Dashboard” to return to your “Invitations” dashboard.
Click into the “Submitted” section and you will see that your submitted application has moved here.
