As a general contractor using TradeTapp, it is important to ensure your email address is up to date at all times so you receive email notifications. This is applicable when:
- Questionnaires are submitted.
- Questionnaires are complete.
- A new external project reference has been completed.
- A new project award request has been reviewed or closed.
- An assigned reviewer has completed their review of a vendor submission.

To update your email address
Click on your name, email, or company name in the top right corner.
Click “Update account details.”
Enter your new email address in the “Email” field, then click “Apply.”
Click “Cancel” if you would not like to save your email change.
