As a general contractor, you have the ability to schedule automatic reminder notifications for vendors you have invited to qualify in TradeTapp. This will ensure you receive high response rates and qualification submissions from vendors.
Please note that all users within your company are able to schedule automatic reminder notifications.
To schedule automatic reminder notifications
Click on your name, email, or company name in the top-right corner.
If your application reminder settings currently read, “Automated reminders are OFF”, click the check box to the right to turn automatic reminders on.
Select how many reminders you would like to send and how often, then click “Apply.”
Please note that once automatic reminder notifications are scheduled, all vendors you have invited to qualify in TradeTapp will receive a message such as the one below. The message will be sent a certain amount of times during a designated time frame (depending on the settings selected in the previous step) until the vendor has submitted their application. There is no way to make certain vendors exempt from receiving automatic reminders if they have been turned on.
