How to change the owning office of an opportunity (Bid Board Pro)

As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you can change the owning office of an opportunity to keep your Bid Board organized and ensure all opportunities appear under the correct office. Additionally, changing an opportunity’s owning office will help your company maintain accurate reports and analytics.

To change the owning office of an opportunity

Begin by navigating to your Bid Board then click on the opportunity that you wish to change the office location.



Under the "Internal Use" section on the right-hand side of the bid overview page, click on the “Edit” button



Navigate to the “Owning Office” section and click on the drop-down menu. Select the name of the owning office where you wish to move the opportunity to. Then, click “Save.”
