In your Bid Board, find the bid for which you’d like to send a message. Click here for instructions on how to quickly search for bids.
You will be directed to the bid’s “Overview” tab. Click on “Messages.”
Next, click on “New Message.”
The name of the general contractor’s company will automatically populate in the “To” field. However, the message will only be sent to the individual listed under “Client Details” and to members of the project team. Additionally, messages are private and cannot be viewed by other project bidders or by vendors on a bid.
Enter the subject and message you’d like to send. Please note that it is not possible to retrieve or to delete messages once they have been sent. We ask that you please confirm that the recipient and message are correct before clicking on “Send.”
Once you confirm that all details are correct, click on “Send.”
You will be automatically directed to the sent message.
