BuildingConnected’s Bid Leveling tab allows general contractors to sort bids by their “Leveled Bid” amounts. Use this feature to quickly organize your bids from lowest to highest submitted amounts so that you can quickly find and award the appropriate bidder.

To sort by “Leveled Bid”
Navigate to the Bid Leveling tab where, by default, all bids are organized by base bid.
Add the necessary plugs (i.e. adjustments) to your bids. If the order of the bids change after leveling, you will be able to re-sort them so that the bid with the lowest “Leveled Bid” is listed first. Click on “Sort.”
Note: If you are not able to click on “Sort” after leveling, this means that the order of the bids did not change.
The order of the bids will change so that the bid with the lowest “Leveled Bid” is listed first.
