If you are a general contractor who is incorrectly receiving invitations to bid, please ensure that your company’s “Business Type” is set to reflect your status as a general contractor. Click here for instructions on how to update your company details.
If your company’s business type incorrectly lists your company as a “subcontractor,” please update these details so that your company is correctly listed. When a company is listed as a subcontractor, our system makes the company visible to general contractors in their area who are looking for bidders to invite to projects. By removing the subcontractor tag from your company profile, our system will stop making you visible in these searches which should eliminate the invitations to bid that you are receiving.
If you continue to receive invitations to bid after trying the above, please contact our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name of the project that you were invited to and the sender’s details in your message. This information will help our team investigate the issue further.
If you have any questions about why you are receiving invitations to bid despite being a general contractor, please contact us at email@example.com. We’re happy to help!
