If a contact needs access to TradeTapp invites, they must first create or already have an existing BuildingConnected Account.
- If they already have a BuildingConnected account, they should proceed to the Qualifications section from the left-hand menu and into the TradeTapp invites tab to view their company's invitations.
- Once they are in, if they are seeing a screen that says "Contact your team members to get access", they will have to request their coworkers to grant them access.
- If they do not already have a BuildingConnected account, please reach out to the company’s current primary contact and request that your contact be added to their BuildingConnected account. You can locate the primary user for a vendor’s company from your “Invitations” dashboard by locating the company then scrolling to the “Primary Email” column.
In the example below, the primary user for the company “Gr8 Builders” is email@example.com.
If their company's primary contact is not available to do this, your contact can go ahead and create their own account at this link. Once they create and verify their account, they should be able to see the TradeTapp invites if their settings are set accordingly. If they are unable to do so, please contact BuildingConnected support.
