Within TradeTapp, new users can only be added to a vendor's account by active coworkers within that company. This is to ensure that only those who have proper permissions can access questionnaires and financial information.
If an individual should be added to their company account, please reach out to the company’s current primary user and request that your contact be added. You can locate the primary user for a vendor’s company from your “Invitations” dashboard by locating the company then scrolling to the “Primary Email” column.
In the example below, the primary user for the company “Gr8 Builders” is email@example.com.
