As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can create different versions of qualification questionnaires. This will help ensure all vendors are submitting questionnaires that are most relevant to the work they perform so you can assign risk accordingly.
To create a new TradeTapp questionnaire version
Click on your name, email, or company name in the top right corner.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Questionnaire.”
Click “Version Management.”
Click “Add New Version.”
Enter the name of your new version then click “Create Version.”
Click the edit icon to view, edit, and customize your questionnaire.
You will be taken to your new questionnaire version which will be pre-populated with general questions in each section. You have the ability to add new sections and add new questions to each section. If you would like to send your new questionnaire version to a vendor who has previously been invited to qualify, you can do by following the instructions in the article, “How to send a vendor a different questionnaire version (General contractors).”
