If you are a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can import vendor information into your TradeTapp account to keep track of companies you have previously worked with or qualified.
To do so, please contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to start this process and understand the exact requirements.
- They will ask for a list of company names and email addresses. You must include the name of the company and the email address of at least one contact at a given company.
- If you would also like to import a qualification status or completed questionnaire for a company, you may provide this information as well, but it is not required.
- Please note that the list of companies, contacts, qualification statuses, and questionnaires should be provided in the format of an Excel spreadsheet.
- Once they have received your list of vendors you would like to import, our team will get started on adding them to your company’s TradeTapp account.
