If you are a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can import vendors into your TradeTapp account to keep track of companies you have previously worked with or qualified.
To do so, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org containing a list of company names and email addresses. Please note that in order to import vendors, you must include the name of the company and the email address of at least one contact at a given company.
If you would also like to import a qualification status or completed questionnaire for a company, you may provide this information as well, but it is not required.
Please note that the list of companies, contacts, qualification statuses, and questionnaires should be provided in the format of an Excel spreadsheet.
Once we have received your list of vendors you would like to import, we will get started on adding them to your company’s TradeTapp account.
