Bid Board | Smart Job Groups: Easily group the same job opportunities together. When a group is created, project data is used from all the individual jobs submitted by clients to automatically prefill the details of the job, reducing time and minimizing loss of information. Learn more here.
Bid Board | Suggested Groups: Related job opportunities are automatically surfaced, inviting the user to create a group, helping organize and declutter opportunities available.
Bid Board | Bid Viewed Activity Card: Quickly identify who and when bids are being viewed after submission. Indicators are displayed in the opportunity’s overview for easy tracking and follow up.
Bid Board | Take Off Across Sheets: Create and aggregate takeoff items across all sheets in a file. The takeoff panel can be categorized by takeoff item or by sheet. This flexibility reduces error and manual entry when exporting.
Bid Manager | Additional Items section in Bid Leveling: Deleted line items from an active bid form, where subs have begun submitting their bids, will be listed under the 'Additional Items' section on the 'Bid Leveling' tab. Additional line items that subs add to their bid will also be listed in this section. You can easily toggle these additional line items "on" or "off" to help compare final estimate totals.
Bid Manager | Download bidder history in Reports: Instead of downloading bidder history one-by-one per bid package, you can download bidder history for the whole project on the Reports tab.
Bid Board | New bid forwarding email: Forward bid invites to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure all invites are being correctly added to your bid board.

The Network within Bid Manager | Best and potential matches: Your search results are now categorized into ‘best matches’ and ‘potential matches.’ Your ‘best matches’ will be those that match your exact filters, while potential matches are those that could be a good fit.
Bid Board | Side Panel: Quickly assess each opportunity from a single page view that includes full project details.
TradeTapp | Single & Aggregate Capacity Calculations: The logic for recommended capacity (both a single project and aggregate total) has been updated to be more dynamic and include additional data points from the subcontractor submission.
TradeTapp | Line of Credit: Building off of last month’s update, an optional Line of Credit section has been added to the financial entry interface. Values from this section can be used when building a custom financial ratio or a configuring an automated internal limit calculation. Note: these values do not override information submitted by the subcontractor.
TradeTapp | Parent Company Financials: When inputting a subcontractor’s financial statement, you can now distinguish whether the information is from a parent company. If checked, TradeTapp will treat parent financial statements differently when identifying risks.
TradeTapp | Custom Financial Ratios: If you have a set of in-house financial ratios that are not included in the default financial formulas available, you can now add them to TradeTapp. Learn more about this feature and how to set it up here.
TradeTapp | Custom Internal Limit Calculations : Internal single and total project limits can now be automatically calculated for a vendor using formulas you provide. Learn more about this feature and how to set it up here.
Bid Manager | Color cells within Bid Leveling: Highlight and leave notes on specific cells you want to draw attention to within Bid Leveling. Learn more about it here.
Bid Manager | Find leveled bids in bidders tab: Quickly identify which bids have been leveled in each bid package in the Bidders tab. Anytime a bid has been leveled, the bid estimates will be displayed.
Bid Manager | Work Service Areas: Subcontractors can now indicate specific areas that they are willing to accept work. This change will improve your search results, surfacing the best and most relevant subs by location. Learn more about it here.
Bid Manager | Apply plugs from previous bids: When a new revised bid is submitted, the plugs that you created in the previous version will be automatically applied to the new bid. Learn more about it here.
Bid Board | File Viewer: View files directly in Bid Board without having to download the files. You can quickly take measurements on the files directly as well as zoom, rotate, and pan. Learn more about it here.
Bid Board | Work Service Areas: Receive more relevant invites based on your service areas. You are now able to select areas where you’re willing to work so general contractors know when to invite you to projects, and also when not to. Learn more here.
Bid Manager | Customize bid package table view: Filter, sort, and customize columns in the bid package table to view what’s most important to you.
Bid Board | Customize calculations in Reports: There is a calculation bar at the bottom of the report that allows you to see specific calculations, such as average, median, or sum.

Bid Manager | Improved display of self-submitted bids: Self-submitted bids will be sorted to the left and visually differentiated in the Bid Leveling tab so that you can compare your budget with other bids more easily.
Bid Manager | Resizing the Bid Form column: Long line item descriptions will no longer be cut off and can be entirely viewed by expanding the Bid Form column in Bid Leveling.
Bid Manager | NDA project names: The project names of NDA projects can be displayed when sending ITBs and messages to subs, even if they haven’t signed an NDA.
TradeTapp | ERP/Accounting Backlog Sync: Through SFTP, you can now automatically push backlog information from your ERP or accounting system into TradeTapp. Risk profiles will update based on the information sent to TradeTapp. Learn how to add this feature here.
TradeTapp | Canadian Vendors: We’ve made it easier for Canadian vendors to submit qualification applications. Questionnaires now support Canadian provinces, business numbers, and currency. No action is needed to update US-based existing forms.
Bid Manager | Export Plug Notes to Excel: Now when you export bid leveling information to excel we will carry any notes that you input within BuildingConnected into your excel sheet. Bid Board | Profit Margin Field: We’ve added a new field within the ‘Internal Use’ section under the opportunity called “profit margin” for your team to fill in per project. This information is not viewable by your client. Learn more about it here.

TradeTapp | Insurance Policies: Now you are able to filter your vendors based on insurance expiration dates. We’ve added columns for each of the seven insurance policy types and the ability to filter by these dates.
The Network within Bid Manager | Flag and Hide subs: You can flag the subcontractors that are irrelevant to your search and hide them from subsequent searches. Learn more here.

TradeTapp | API: Vendor qualification data is now available through our API. Pass individual submissions, vendor limits, questionnaires, and more to the location of your choice. Learn more about using TradeTapp’s API here.
Bid Manager | Search Filter Improvements: The filter has now been enhanced to first display your exact match and then the remaining relevant matches after.
TradeTapp | Vendor Grid: With our latest update, you are able to customize the vendor grid to your specific needs. Adjust the order of columns by selecting ‘customize’ in the top right-hand corner and drag columns to your preferred order. Learn more about customizing the vendor grid here.
Bid Manager | Proposal Viewer: Now you can load a PDF proposal straight into BuildingConnected and reference it as you complete a bid form to facilitate the bid leveling process. Learn more about Proposal Viewer here.
Bid Board | Comments: When you leave notes, we automatically record a timestamp and place an avatar next to your name. This makes it easier to identify different collaborators. Learn more about adding, editing, and deleting comments on bids here.
Bid Manager | Search Filter Improvements: All project fields are displayed on the ‘Opportunities’ overview so you can see what fields are available and which fields require updating.
TradeTapp | Vendor Grid: These features have been moved to the top navigation so that you can access from anywhere within Bid Board.

The Network within Bid Manager | Suggested Edits: You can suggest an edit to a company or user’s profile. This helps maintain our network of general contractors and subcontractors with the most recent and accurate contact information. Bid Board | Grouped Events: With our latest update, you are able to customize the vendor grid to your specific needs. Adjust the order of columns by selecting ‘customize’ in the top right-hand corner and drag columns to your preferred order.
Bid Board | Opportunity ID in Reports: We’ve added the ability to expand your grouped opportunities in the calendar. Now you’ll see scheduling details associated with each opportunity within the group independently. Learn more about editing opportunity groups from the calendar here.
TradeTapp | Internal Backlog: To better understand your vendor’s backlog, we’ve improved the limit flags on vendor profiles and included backlog data within the vendor grid. Now, when a vendor’s backlog reaches 80% of the internal total limit, you will see a message.
