As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can manually assign project approval requests once the initial project approval request is made. This means that you can assign a coworker to review the request and a coworker to approve the request. Assigning coworkers will send them an email notification to let them know this project approval requires their review and/or approval.
Please note that only coworkers with financial, reviewer, and accepter permissions have the ability to assign a project approval request. Additionally, coworkers chosen to review approval requests must have either reviewer or accepter permissions, and only coworkers with accepter permissions can approve project approval requests.

To manually assign a project approval request
Click on the “Approvals” page.
Click on the company you would like to assign a project approval request for.
Click “Waiting for Assignments.”
Click the drop-down next to “Review By” and “Accept By.”
Select the coworker you would like to assign as a reviewer and an accepter. As mentioned above, only coworkers with reviewer or accepter permissions will appear as an option for “Review By,” and only coworkers with accepter permissions will appear as an option for “Accept By.”
Please note you can add multiple coworkers as reviewers and accepters.
Click “Save” to update the accepter and reviewer for the project approval request. Clicking “Save” will send the assigned reviewer and accepter an email notification letting them know this project approval requires their review and/or approval.
The status for this project approval request will update to “Pending Reviews.”
