Subcontractor companies sometimes have dedicated contacts for their bid invites. They can request that general contractors send future project invites to that point of contact only. Continue reading to learn what steps to take if a subcontractor contacts you with this request.
Add a private company tag
If you utilize the search tool to invite bidders to projects, you can add a tag to the company profile that highlights who in the company should receive invites. Taking this step ensures that you send the invite to the correct point of contact the next time you are inviting bidders to a project. Click here for instructions on how to add company tags.
Update your bidder list template
