As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you can quickly create customized reports by copying shared reports or reports that you have previously created.
To begin, start from the “Bid Board” page and then click on the “Reports” tab.
Click on the report that you would like to copy in “My Reports”.
There are two ways to copy a report:
- Click on the symbol with two boxes next to the name of the report. The symbol only appears when you select the title of the report and it is highlighted in orange.
- Click on “Copy”.
A copy of your report will be instantly created and appear in “My Reports”.
The title of the report will default to “Copy of” the original report. If you would like to edit the name of the report, hover over the title and an orange pen symbol will appear to the right of the title.
Click on the highlighted title and then you will be able to edit it. Once you have typed in the new report title, press the “Enter” key on your keyboard or click anywhere away from the title and your new title will be saved.
