As a vendor receiving TradeTapp invites, your company has a primary contact to centralize communication from general contractors. This means that all qualification invitations and notifications are sent to the primary contact’s email address. Below are instructions on how to update your primary contact if it needs to be changed:
To update your company's primary contact for TradeTapp invites
Start by navigating to the Qualifications section from the black tab on the left and go to the "Permissions & Settings" tab.
Under the section "Access to TradeTapp invites", you will see the current primary contact listed. Click on "Change primary contact" to make an update.
A pop-up will appear and you can search for the person in your company who you would like to be the primary contact moving forward. Please note that these are all registered users in your company's account. If you can't find the person you are looking for, they may need to create their own account first. Click on the user you would like to update the contact to.
Your primary contact has been updated and this is the person that will receive all TradeTapp invites moving forward.
