BuildingConnected does not have a way to recall a message sent through the "Messages" tool.
However, we can remove the link to any of the attachments on the email sent in error so that they are inaccessible. If you would like us to remove access to the attachments, please click here to contact our Support Team and provide:
- the name of the project where the message was sent
- a screenshot or the title of the specific message
- A statement acknowledging that you would like all the attachments removed
Once this is complete, recipients of the original message will no longer be able to access the attachments. However, since the body of the message cannot be recalled, we do suggest sending a new message to the original recipients to avoid confusion letting them know that the previous message was sent in error.
